[IMG]http://www.theeca.com/newsletters/iw.jpg[/IMG]Thirty-eight Infinity Ward employees have filed a lawsuit against Activision, alleging breach of contract, violation of California labor code and breach of f the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.

Attorney Bruce Isaacs told G4, “Activision has withheld most of the money to force many of my people to stay, some against their will, so that they would finish the delivery of Modern Warfare 3.”
In a legal document, the Infinity Ward group claimed that Activision withheld property in order to keep the workers “hostage.”
