So... I beat this last night. If you've ever played the God of War series, this is a must play. If you liked Dante's Inferno... this trumps it in every way. With all the hype this game got, it was pretty much impossible for it to live up to it... and yet it did. My only real complaint with the game is the amount of invisible walls. I understand that there is only a certain way you can go, and jumping over walls, or off stairs, or off a cliff, or... etc... oh, this game is linear. That's what I'm getting at. But not in a way to make you hate it. No, not at all. The only time it became an issue was if I wanted to go back, I wasn't able to. I'd have to reload my save. But the story telling is rather compelling, despite the fact you know what happens. It's kind of sad to see the series come to an end (the main series on consoles, at least.) I can only hope that last titan fight that was cut from the game is released later on as DLC.
