I'm disabled. home bound, and play online games for most of my day - for the past 2 weeks, I've been playing Spellborn, and I think I'm in love. Spellborn uses the old jedi knight 2 / Unreal Tournament combat system from like - years ago, and it just Rocks.

For those of you who do not know about the Unreal system well - it LEARNS how you fight, and adapts accordinly to your playstyle.

Anyways - this post is about a situation with Acclaim - the company in charge of overseeing Spellborn.

It's a very serious issue about how the company treats it's members.

First off - Spellborn is totally free to play, no cash shop items or anthing - just fight anbd game on. The graphics are stunniung, and the storylive, so far - entraps me.

And it has the best combat system I've ever seen. pve and pvp wise.

But Acclaim seems to have some issues about dealing with game bugs. Especially if they are not making any money from it.

On Valentines Day - my gf came over with her laptop, and we shared some wine *alot - and grouped together doing quests and hunting mobs for around 6 hours, we both got alot of loot, and finished alot of quests.

Then the server reset...

And everything was gone.

So I've talked to Acclaim employees, reported the bug, etc etc etc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*insert nerd rage here*

Nothing. They will not return our loot - and this happened to almost every person who was playing the game on valentines day - aka 14th feb.

Also, from reading their own forums - this had happened before.

Thats not good business. My gf refuses to play the game with me anymore - because - "they are assholes"

Is there Anything else I can do? I don't even care about my loot anymore - its the simple basic principal of the situation -

Acclaim does NOT Care about it's players.

I hope you all warn your friends to stay away, or play acclaim games with caution - because when it comes down to it, they are ALL about money, and have NO soul.
