ll so far I don;t think there is a console to toy with but you can fix the pk4 files with winrar and get to the def files to toy with. BUUTTTTTT so far I have not been able to load a mod.

Currently I am looking to raise hit points on most and tweak them somewhat

Soldier: double HP
SS trooper: triple HP
Heavy trooper: I dunno if I can rise it any but they are kinda nasty as is, maybe raise how much damage they do.
Scribe: double or triple HP make fire balls faster, tripple range of shield support
Sniffer: double or triple HP raise speed by 50%
Vile Assassin: pretty nasty as is
Elite solider: double or tripple HP and raise speed up to 50%.
