For anybody in Northern CA or otherwise planning to attend BayCon (Bay Area Science Fiction & Fantasy Convention) on Memorial Day Weekend this year one of the panels will be covering the topic of Legal Issues in Video Games. While I won't be the moderator, and thus won't have complete control over the topics covered, I will be on the panel. I imagine the 9th Circuit ruling on the California video game bill, and the potential appeal, which will be decided by then, and Jack Thompson's Utah bill will be among the topics discussed.
