Someone brought this to my attention the other day. I'm surprised I didn't hear of it sooner as it's pretty close by where I am.
"The Motion Picture Association was made aware of an individual that resides in La Mesa, California who conducts modifications of video game consoles. This individual would advertise on sites such as craigslist.com. The suspect would offer to modify a video game console and load hundreds of movies and video games in the Xbox for a price of $200 per modification."

It's people like this who give modders a bad name. There are so many legit reasons to mod- homebrew, enabling region free , creating media centers, Linux, the list goes on and on. Mod for the wrong reasons and you get busted like this guy. Advertising pirated games and movies on Craigslist is pretty stupid. It's kind of like walking around the streets with a t-shirt that says "I rob banks". Not only does he piss off a gorilla (MPAA) but two (ESA). I'm surprised he didn't go for the trifecta and piss of the RIAA while he was at it.
