Hi everyone.

I just wanted to share a few things I have recently done.

An R18+ rating for videogames... it is really simple to explain in full.

For so many Adult Australian Gamers who want it, yet so close but it feels so painful.

Only one man's opinion, a Attorney General who just happens to say no.

While all the other Attorney Generals are all willing to have a go.

It has to be a 100% yes Vote, for it to pass.

but to everyone else, one Attorney General says "Shove it up your Ass."

There is nothing that this Australian Gamer can do, for he has done all he can.

To try and spread the world, and trying to understand.

For every fear of Videogames, comes from being afraid to play them.

For every fear of children committing violence and mass murder, scares them.

But you don't have to look at the children of today but to look at the children of the past.

The children of the past are adult gamers who know the difference between reality and fantasy's mask.

They were playing Videogames from Mario to Sonic, Zelda to Final Fantasy,

From Street Fighter to Mortal Kombat with all the bloody Fatalities.

Shooting in Castles of Wolfenstein to the alien planet for Doom.

from the head shots of Goldeneye and raiding Lara's Tomb.

But the single Attorney General who is the only one who says no again and again.

Only has experience of Wii Sports, and his children who played the top down version of Grand Theft Auto or Carmageddon.

Of players driving over people and shooting police as they are rewarding points like it is some Arcade game.

They don't know that ever since 2000 many games have no bonus points and we have come a long way.

There is nothing anyone can do, except vote that Attorney General out in the next Election.

And hope that a man can take his place, someone else who would be willing to listen.

People will try to scare parents, and convince them that an R18+ rating in Videogames will create a surge of Ultra Violent content in Videogames.

They just don't care or understand that Videogames from Australia have to be rated by the OFLC and also pass the American market by the ESRB who also rates Videogames.

And it is within that ESRB that the highest that a game can be rated as marketable is of an M17+,

not the high adult rating of AO18+.

And some Australian Politicians will try to say that some Videogames have rape and pron.

But they don't realize the truth that in the Videogame Industry the 3 Console Manufactures never want to have rape or porn.

Also when we are talking about the R18+ we are not talking about children playing Videogames of an R18+ nature.

We are more talking about the ability for an adult who loves Videogames to have the choice of playing a videogame of an R18+ nature.

I know I have talked allot about this, as I know it is an issue.

But I also know that there is only 1% of Videogames that the OFLC have a major issue.

It may not be as bad as certain politicians are saying.

But I wonder if anyone would ever listen to the information that I am conveying .

I was just wanting to know, did I do the right thing here?

Like I know that my voice may not be the best for a video and the audio quality is not so good, but I was just wondering if what I said was the right thing and did I say all that I needed to say when I was explaining about the r18+ rating for videogames and hope I did not say any of the wrong things...
