Hello All,
I hardly post in this community since i'm so stretched as is in other gamer forum communities i belong to in membership. It seems this particular message board on game legislation is on anti this or that in light of its threads.
Here's something i found via my C-Net newsletter posted on Aug. 29th by Rich Brown.

PC gamers get bill of rights
Edge Online had an interesting post Thursday in which it reported that PC game developers Gas Powered Games and Stardock have collaborated on a PC Gamers' Bill of Rights. The full 10-point list below:

Gamers shall have the right to return games that don't work with their computers for a full refund.

Gamers shall have the right to demand that games be released in a finished state.

Gamers shall have the right to expect meaningful updates after a game's release.

It goes on to state another 7 bulletin points of the "Bill of Rights for Gamers" in the article.
The ECA would be a good consumer advocacy group to wrap itself around something like this for gamers. If not this particular movement by "Gas Powered Games or Stardock" than something similar in notion.
