Used to be, Rules for the forum (super serious ones resulting in a ban) were posted in a sticky for that forum/sub-forum. Why not go back to that? Why all of a sudden are silly rules (IE: No negative mention of CAD, No need for Tenchi, etc) enforced by bannage instead of just edits?

Why is a forum with a dozen active posters all of a sudden being moderated like the official forum for the People's Republic of China?

I remember when one had to use the N word or constantly post in completely illedgible jibberish to be banned. Now you just have to criticize a web comic?
