I'm kind of surprised no one's talked about this here yet. Aside from games, I'm sure we all watch some TV. And from all indications, this strike is [I]really[/I] going to screw things up this season. I remember the one they had 20 years ago, and this looks to be even worse than that one.

I don't know what a lot of you are watching, but I know it's screwing-up several of my favorite shows. [I]Heroes[/I] is going to end its arc early. [I]Supernatural[/I] will be cut short too. [I]Family Guy[/I] will air what episodes it already has in the can, but without the participation of Seth MacFarlane, expect a lackluster job as there will be no time for edits or retakes. [I]Bionic Woman[/I] is still building an audience, so ending that show early would be bad for it. [I]Jericho[/I] is coming back in January for several episodes, but beyond that the show's future may be in doubt. And the promising [I]Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles[/I] might be cancelled before the first episode even airs!

Fortunately there's just been a promising develpment, as it looks like there's been a date for more negotiations on the 26th. So the sooner this ends, the better.
