Mmmm, 8-core macs...
I remember months back when a hardware site tried this, by plugging a couple of 4-core Intel prototypes into a Mac tower, which had dual core chips in it.
And they couldn't keep all 8 busy...
On a sillier note, hackers have created a "Mac Nano" by upgrading the OSX on the Apple TV to the full version of OS X. So now it can play every media, not just iTunes stuff.
Not too shabby a wireless media pc, for $300 US, considering it's HDMI capable...
