Publishers and Retailer's are not doing enough for the consumer instead of working with the consumer to limit returns to a reasonable amount they have continued the march on consumer rights by banning the sale of USED PC games in stores.
So WHO do we the consumer go to when we buy a 50$ game and it turns out to be sub par,who do we go to to get a return on our money?
The retails blame the the consumer for unlawful return while they get to push in unsold over stock NEW games, the publishers are raking in money never having to worry over product return over quality of product ,rarely they screw up and mis press or miss code a game but thats is not a excuse to not work with retailers to create a lawful return and complaint system.
Do you think You have the right to return a crappy game/movie/item and get a refund a % for restocking that could go to the creation of a return system would not be a bad idea either,I think retailers and publishers have gotten soft and are using poor excuses about bad consumers to be generally anti consumer.
Currently the only right you have with dvds/movies is a replacement copy from publisher/retailer.
Thoughts, comments please, and no retarded /b/ crap|Devs can do no wrong its not THEIR fault some games are bad |"you suck" BS.
