I am allergic to Saccharine(headaches,hives,rashs) ,I been trying to lower my Sugar intake but **** after acouple 30oz drinks it gives me a headache,I have made 2 gallons so far (lemon aid with real lemon juice and cool aid),mixed with sugar I don't get headaches,don't notice much else but sheesh I wish the FDA was not so pro corperation letting questionable sht out the door before really checking the harmfull downsides....

so what do you think is Spledna splendid? LOL
