Why, in the name of all that is holy are they deciding to make this into a movie? There's a fine line between whiny fanboy rage, and plausible anger...sure, I may be walking a fine line...but who the hell thought this was a good idea? The last thing we need in an age of crap like Smallville is people to redicule the movie for the greatest graphic novel ever. I don't care if they put Spielberg, Peter Jackson, or Jesus on the project.
It will still suck because the differences between the structure of a film, and that of the story are too great. I liken it to making a radio presentation of the dialogue in "Marvel Nemesis". For once, Alan Moore's whining is justified.
