Ok if a kid neglects their studies and homework and does nothing but watch tv or play video games yes their grades will drop. But I call BS on the report that says that TV, Video Games and R Rated movies in general harm grades. I would like to point out I kept a B average in school and still watched tv and played video games for a good three to four hours a day.
