You can use this Werewolf setup with all the Stamina DPS builds' skill setups that ArzyeL Gaming shared, regardless of class. You only need to replace the Front Bar Ultimate skill with Werewolf Berserk.
Skill 1: Howl of Despair
This is your spammable skill, which can also provide Synergy to your teammates.
Skill 2: Brutal Pounce
Brutal Pounce is your gap closer, and you can also use it to trigger Brutal Carnage.
Skill 3: Claws of Life
Claws of Life heals you for the great disease damage done by this skill.
Skill 4: Hircine's Rage
This is your main heal, and if you cast this skill at full Health, you will gain Major Berserk.
Skill 5: Deafening Roar
You will want to use this skill to debuff enemies.
Ultimate Skill: Werewolf Berserker
This skill gives you a great amount of Bleed damage and will be your main bar's Ultimate when not transformed.
Rotation
Drink a potion and use Hircine's Rage to get Major Berserk. Use Deafening Roar to debuff enemies, Brutal Pounce×2 to trigger Brutal Carnage, Claws of Life to apply its disease DoT and get some Healing, Howl of Despair×4 as your main spammable attack. Continue with Hircine's Rage, Deafening Roar, Brutal Pounce×2, Claws of Life, Howl of Despair×4, and repeat.
Hircine's Rage is also your main Heal skill. You'll want to always Light Attack before skills to boost your DPS.
