I did the same, but I was quickly reminded that I made the right choice uninstalling it. The prevalence of stuns and related abilities which disable the opponent is disgustingly un fun to me. Also, I not a big fan of an FPS experience where a lot of the classes/characters hardly reward precise aim. You can reach a very high rank in Overwatch while being a complete potato with your mouse.

Stuns aren't fun but I don't think they're supposed to be. I don't think any game has figured out how to make stuns fun but when half of the DPS characters have dash and roll and literal teleportation abilities, stuns are a necessary counter to that all mobility. It stops Tracers and Genjis from just going wild all the time by forcing them to actually think about what CC the enemy is using and take it into account before they rush into the backline.
