Some players not generalising nations, are kids/teens who doesn't know how to write informations. They think that saying "It lags" is enough for company to fix it.
And to all whining part. I tell you how I feel about it.
NA have HQ with full support of NC. EU have remote support, not team in EU, even not CM because Hulmes resigned and OMGHime is his replacement. SO in fact NA have 2 CMs and english EU non.
All EU related informations are posted in german and french only.
Then server stability. NA again have all in US. EU have world server in Germany which have Level3 (dunno what that means you need more Blade & Soul Items) problems and as some of BnSDojo users said, their Internet infrastructure thx to Telecom is really bad and outdated.
Eu also connects to NA for sandbox data, which causes constant spikes of ping.
Payment methods (buying Founders Pack) were suited at first for NA customers and only later they added options for EU.
As for community part only streamers from NA got invited to NC HQ by obvious reasons, but still they got. EU streamed as always from their homes.
We get west costume which is Cowboy/girl and have nothing in common with Europe. If we get 2 costumes then why NA and CN stylised and not NA and EU for Cheap BNS Gold?
And lastly (because I cannot remember more now) naming problem. First NA got 4 guardians and EU random NPC. Now NA gets all memorable characters we encounter through play, while EU locations not knows at all.
They didn;t try to give us something simple like Viridian Coast or Scorching Sands, but went with trouble to give names that means nothing.
