I am not doing this to excuse him or anything, but I really don't think people in this sub have an understanding of whats going on. The only people who do any of this for fun are the gamers. All other parties in this are trying to make money off you. Whether its EA, streamers/youtubers or Fifa coins sellers.

At some point the cost of doing business will have to outweigh the benefit of having a coin sponsor though. imagine if his console ID was banned every 5 mins. surely he'd drop a coin sponsor then. Of course that is extreme but you get the point, there much be some point which it is no longer worth it. Let's find out what it is!

You are looking too deep into that assumption. What people mean by proper is that they still cant stomach how these people make a good living off playing games and wont treat it as a profession, nothing to do with the reliability of salaries, hell in most working enviroments you can say that if the buisness closed tommorow then that would affect pay and whatnot so not a lot of people have "reliable salaries"

So, you can do anything whether the moral or immoral to earn money just because you have a family to take care of? Maybe one can start smuggling drugs because he has a family? If that is too far, where exactly do you draw the line? The truth is that coin promoting is against the rule hence illegal in FIFA terms. Having family does not justify it.

Sure, he does it for the money, and gets the money. And sure, he does good things like charity streams as well, but his attitude shows that other than that, he's a pretty fucking shitty person. Luckily, streamer popularity dies eventually, and anyone trying to get any kind of content-driven business with him in the future will know that he loves biting the hand that feeds.

It's not a benevolent act of charity, but they made sure that he had preferential treatment, got him his account back really fast, and did what they were supposed to buy Fifa 16 coins. He can state what he wants, I'm pretty sure they refunded everything they had in the logs. They admitted the fuck up along the way, and he got what he wanted (not to mention that EA is not the hacker, nor are they responsible for the hacker getting enough info to hack Nick in the first place).

Nick profits off of the game they made. All EA gets is exposure, which they have plenty of anyway without the constant badmouthing he gives them. (EA opened their monetisation policy to everything-can-be-monetized, basically, which is a huge step for a AAA company) Without FIFA, he's just an idiot in front of a green screen. Without Nick, FIFA and EA keep existing. Having no respect for the people whose work gives you the base for your work? That's pathetic in my book.
