Maybe they should adopt the FM method - having a whole bunch of young players with potential in the range of 80-90, and have the game choose their exact potential in range randomly in the beginning of each save.
That way you'll get a realistic number of great players, big diversity (because each save will have different 88-90 players), and you'll need to actually scout for talents instead of just checking their potential online.

Two wrongs don't make a right. This isn't about Icardi's tattoos. Creating hashtags over how much you're doinking your teammate's soon-to-be-ex-wife before divorce proceedings have even begun is just crude and gratuitous. I'm not on Maxi's side here by any means, I'm just saying I found Icardi's behavior throughout the affair to be extremely tasteless, and it has turned me off from supporting him.
This may not be the place to say this, but I wish potential was treated a little differently in FIFA. I feel like there should be a ton of players with really high potential and a lot that never get Fifa 16 coins xbox 360. There should be more randomness and things that can go wrong in the process. In real life, any number of things can happen to affect a player's development. For example, Luke Shaw may never reach his potential as a result of his recent injury. In the same way, players who get minimal time for a few seasons may have their development permanently altered. I feel FIFA should do a bit more to replicate this. It would be nice (or not I suppose) of every third or fourth prospect was a dud to some degree. But maybe I'm way off base and everyone likes it the way it is. Just so I'm not entirely off-topic, I think Tielemans is a touch high, and Draxler and Goretsza are a bit low. I'm super psyched about Brandt and Meyer, some real German talents.
As an Arsenal supporter, I am very disappointed in the potentials of Iwobi, Hayden and Crowley just to name a few. I don't like that FIFA has set potentials for players. If you play a young guy, he plays well he should improve. If he plays poorly or gets injured for a long period that should stunt their growth. In 16, if they train well they should develop as well.
