For me, simming would be an option if they also included a "break-in" option. Let's say it's a crucial match and I'm losing by a goal in the 60th minute, it'd be nice to be able to cut into the game and take over at that point. I'm not even sure how the simulation engine decides when to make substitutes or what, not to mention the fact that it seems to be disproportionately weighted toward the home team, often in spite of the relative strengths of the squads.

I seem to remember hearing somewhere, though, that EA had thought about it but it was tough to do from the standpoint that the simulation engine is different from the gameplay engine, and trying to switch from one to the other was difficult without Fifa 16 coins android. But then I remember playing a baseball game in the early 2000s--not sure if it was an EA product or not--that allowed just that, where you could sim the game (and make a few managerial decisions along the way), and then cut in at any point. So, based on that, it would seem that they COULD do it if they tried hard enough.

Maybe in a season there would be limit on how many times you could break into the game.

I'm not sure I'd want to sit there and watch CPU vs CPU either, I'd have a hard time not trying to take control. Then again, maybe that's the mechanism that would allow breaking in--just pause the game at some point and move the controller to your team to take over.
