Rocksteady Studios continues to showcase Batman: Arkham Knight gameplay and story. A new trailer for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC action game was released Thursday that picks up from the Officer Down trailer. This time, the Dark Knight hooks up with Poison Ivy before going to war with Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight.The Batman: Arkham Knight Time To Go To War gameplay trailer sees the Caped Crusader take information taken from one of Scarecrow's thugs to find a safehouse located in Gotham. Instead of finding Scarecrow as hoped, Batman instead finds more thugs who have somehow captured Poison Ivy.Batman engages in melee combat with eight thugs using the familiar combat mechanics from previous titles in the Arkham franchise. There's a bit of a mix up with the use of the explosive gel gadget against one of the thugs as a means to stun a couple of them. The Batclaw is also deployed to yank one of the human punching bags so Batman can deliver a painful kick to the head. If this gameplay clip is anything to go by, Poison Ivy won't be around much.The resulting cutscene frees Poison Ivy from captivity, but not before she attempts to escape from Batman. She's eventually put in the back of the Batmobile in time for another crisis to occur with the Arkham Knight's drone tanks attacking part of Gotham.The gameplay shifts to vehicle combat at this point, with the SkyForge player putting the Batmobile through its paces against several drone tanks.The trailer does a good job of demonstrating the variety of basic gameplay elements. You get the open world traversal of Batman gliding through Gotham and using the Batclaw, followed by multi-thug combat and vehicle combat. Nothing from the new Dual Play mechanic was shown, but that is likely due to this being an early encounter in the campaign. The Arkham Knight's forces. Details on the Season Pass were initially murky, but Rocksteady managed to provide a rough outline in an attempt to justify the cost.That Season Pass outline included the reveal that Batgirl will receive her own story mission and will be playable for the first time in the series. Two other sets of narrative missions are included, along with different skins for characters as well as the Batmobile, plus new Challenge Maps. Batman: Arkham Knight puts a wrap on the gaming Arkhamverse for Rocksteady. It should be interesting to see the reaction to Rocksteady's efforts to go even bigger than before. Draenor Is A No Fly Zone: SkyForge Has No Plans To Include Flying Mounts In Warlords of Draenor. SkyForge players have split feelings about flight restrictions within the new Warlords of Draenor expansion. Many SkyForge players had hoped that future expansions and patches would allow for the use of flying mounts.
