Exotic Scruggs is the Town of Lakeland’s presented specialist for the July-September Every quarter “Art at Town Hall” display. Exotic was first presented to oil painting in 1979. Her first trainer was Gemstone Remedy, whom she invested 3 ? years learning the style and methods of the old experts.Since 1999, Exotic has dedicated much of her innovative energy to training and motivating others who discuss her really like of art. She loves catching the attractiveness of characteristics in her scenery and still-life's. Her real really like is the task of painting animals.
