heres what happens everytime I play a zelda game, I get through the first two dungeons feeling pretty meh, then after the third dungeon I find myself obsessed with the game, I have to continue I have to beat it and I don't know why. to me it's not the story because I have games I haven't even gotten halfway through that (in my opinion) have better stories, and I don't think it's the gameplay because I've had a lot more thrilling gameplay from a number of games. so what is it? what is it about the zelda games that just make them so compelling?
does anyone else ever go through this or am I just psychotic?
