The Opportunity:

Rapid change, growth, challenge, and rewards are the fundamentals of our Customer Service Manager’s role. You will lead a team of supervisors and upwards of 100 customer service representatives to ensure our customers are pleased with their service. You will create team success through continuous evaluation, coaching and positive, results-oriented motivation. As a Customer Service Manager, you will also contribute to the identification of trends and lead continuous improvement efforts associated with the call center.

Responsibilities:

• Hires and develops high-performing supervisors
• Conducts performance reviews for Supervisors
• Coordinate and assist the training department regarding ongoing development and training
• Leads a team of eight to twelve Supervisors to meet and exceed performance goals
• Drives process improvements to improve efficiency & quality
• Partners with other Team Managers to consistently manage all resources to maximize efficiency
• Manages site-wide projects to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies
• Builds strategic relationships with internal/external partners
• Monitor and evaluate call volume indicators to insure stellar customer service
• Handles performance issues in a timely and professional manner
• Exercise positive and cooperative behavior that promotes teamwork
• Develops strategies to enhance customer experience and optimize operations performance in order to grow the business
• Establishes center objectives and coach team to optimize performance
• Ensures staffing levels and career pathing is appropriate for evolving business needs

Qualifications:

• 10 years management experience in a performance driven customer service environment, managing 100+ representatives and supervisors/managers
• Developing call center performance metrics and managing to them
• Excellent coaching/training skills and proven ability to develop leaders and individual contributors
• Demonstrated ability as a creative thinker with effective problem resolution skills
• Ability to articulate complex issues in an easy to understand manner
• Proven leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen, identify root cause, creatively problem-solve, and drive impact to team performance
• Strong computer application skills including MS Windows, MS Word and MS Outlook
• Strong oral/written communications skills
• Must be decisive, results oriented
• Flexible to working various schedules
