Sony has suffered another setback in its continuing European patent battle with LG. Apparently, "tens of thousands" of PlayStation 3 consoles have been seized by Dutch authorities. This setback is in addition to the injunction that has been slapped on the console maker in Europe. Reuters reports that Dutch media is claiming that the temporarily withheld units number in the tens of thousands, and that Sony intends to appeal the Dutch court's ruling to seize them today.
