A few weeks ago I received the Gamercize Power Stepper ([URL]http://www.gamercize.net/[/URL]) in the mail to try out for Gamers for Health. Basically it’s a small step machine that has a device that connects your controller to the video game system. If you stop stepping or aren’t fast enough, the connection is severed and the controller turns off. This forces you to keep on moving. What’s great about this is I can use it with any game I want.
When I was regularly going to the gym, the step machines were a regular part of my workout routine. I’ve just been playing with this machine a bit, but last night I gave it a good work out to see what it’s really like.
