Recently, I’ve been getting email from folks, mostly women, mostly moms, who have been reading my blog posts and decided to 1) go out and buy an exergame and begun to use it, or 2) have taken out and brushed the dust off their exergame and started to use it again. Each of these emails has a conspiratorial tone. There’s a guilty pleasure in working out while having fun. It’s sort of like drinking a vanilla milkshake and finding out it’s good for you too.
