At the end of last month Activision filed a motion to add Electronic Arts to its countersuit against former Infinity Ward leads Vince Zampella and Jason West. The motion sought to name EA as a "cross-defendant" for allegedly scheming with the duo to do serious harm to Activision. Many of the details of that allegation were redacted from court documents.
