But, a week off and I’m back to zero. With a friend in town, and not feeling all that great, I wound up not working out a whole lot other than a night of boxing matches that left us both exhausted.
But, with the apartment back to myself, there was no excuse and I began Your Shape: Fitness Evolved again. But this time I decided to take it easy. I kept up with the cardio and with the beginner level completed I started up the second level.
