I am taking the challenge to lose the rest of the baby weight I put on when I was pregnant with my daughter (a year and a half ago). As a working wife and relatively new mom, I have not been allowing myself much "me" time, and we all know that weight loss requires committed and consistent effort with a lot of sweat.
I am also going into the challenge as a complete skeptic. As former college athlete, I know that staying in shape took three-hour workouts six days a week back then. Therefore, I find it hard to imagine that one hour a day can do much of any good, but I am willing to try it and hope for the best.
