Free Press on Net Neutrality Plan

Free Press co-founder Josh Silver visit Democracy Now to talk about FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski's net neutrality proposals that would allow internet service providers to charge higher fees for faster access to online content. One could infer from his comments that he is not a fan of this new plan.. He also talks about Wikileaks, the proposed NBC / Comcast merger and how the other FCC commissioners might vote on December 21.
