Green Bay Press Gazette columnist Leonard Pitts [URL=http://www.greenbaypressgazette.com/article/20101116/GPG0706/11160508]has authored an open letter to Cuba[/URL] in response to [URL=http://gamepolitics.com/2010/11/11/cuba-condemns-black-ops-joins-anti-violent-game-brigade]that country’s outrage[/URL] over a mission to assassinate Fidel Castro in the recently-released Activision game Call of Duty: Black Ops.

Pitts tells Cuba that there’s “virtually nothing” that can be done about the game and calls a claim by state news agency Cubadebate that the game “stimulates sociopathic attitudes in North American children and adolescents,” “naïve, at best” and “hysterical at worst.”
