The International Center for the History of Electronic Games announced last week that it had acquired the Dan Bunten Papers, along with many artifacts that highlighted the career of one of the most important early game developers.
Bunten, later known as Dani Bunten Berry, is credited with developing the multiplayer game M.U.L.E. in 1983. Along with M.U.L.E., the center received personal papers, press clipping, photos and other memorabilia related to his career in the industry, including a rare game called Wheeler Dealers (only 50-100 games sold).
