Sometimes Mac users must feel like second-class citizens when it comes to games. While the situation has gotten better since the 90's I often wonder why it takes an additional six months for Mac users to get a game like Civilization V. The good news for Mac users is that they will get it in time for the holiday shopping season.
2K Games has passed the buck to Aspyr Media, who specialize in porting AAA titles to the platform.
"The Civilization franchise is a fan-favorite and one of the best-selling Mac games ever. We are thrilled to be able to participate in this newest version and bring Mac gamers this native experience so close to the PC launch," says Ted Staloch, Aspyr Media’s Executive Vice President.
