Director Patrick Alessandrin has quit the movie adaptation of Eidos' Kane and Lynch a month before production was due to begin.
It's unclear at this point why Alessandrin quit but this leaves a huge gap to fill and concerns all-round for the future of the project. With hollywood A-listers Bruce Willis and Jamie Foxx in the title roles, here's hoping they don't also get cold feet and decide to jump ship. Two directors who were also in the running to direct the movie, Wayne Kramer and F. Gary Gray are now being reconsidered. Here's hoping they sort things out soon because it would be great to see a good adaptation of Kane and Lynch considering the record we've seen with game-to-movie adaptations.
