Realtime Worlds [URL=http://na.apb.com/en/news/announcements/2010/09/16/end-of-an-era]announced last night[/URL] that it was shutting down its recently launched MMORPG [I]APB[/I] and appraently is looking for a buyer for the game. The developer, which went into administration in August has closed its office in Dundee, Scotland, and administrators continue to look for potential suitors. The social game [I]Project MyWorld[/I] has already sold for an undisclosed sum.
According to [URL=http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-11333582]a report in the BBC[/URL], Epic Games may be an interested party for [I]APB[/I].
