It appears that Halo is not the only franchise with movie aspirations. The Elder Scrolls franchise recently joined the ranks of movie wannabe.
According to [URL=http://www.ripten.com/2010/09/09/oblivian-movie-trademark-filed-mauler/]a post at Ripten[/URL], Zenimax (parent company of developer Bethesda Softworks) has filed a trademark for Oblivion, the popular RPG in the Elder Scrolls universe. There are no details on the project itself other than the trademark covering "motion picture film production and entertainment services."
