California Attorney General Jerry Brown has submitted the state's initial written argument to be heard this fall in an effort to pass a proposed law that would ban the sale of violent videogames to minors.
The proposed law, signed by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in 2005, was originally thrown out by the federal court and was deemed unconstitutional. This past April, however, the Supreme Court agreed to review the decision. ([URL=http://psp.ign.com/articles/110/1105720p1.html]MORE[/URL])
