Nintendo played the nostalgia card heavily with new games based on old franchises including Goldeneye 007 for Wii (Activision), a new Kirby game, a new party game called Wii Party with tons of mini-games similar to Mario Party, Mario Mix (a mix of sports games starring Nintendo's finest), a new Golden Sun game for DS, a new Kirby game, a brand new Donkey Kong title for Wii and Team Ninja's Metroid Other M for Wii.
