Minnesota Public Radio takes on violent video game, or more precisely studies about violent video games that might be cited when the Supreme Court takes up the issue this fall in reviewing Entertainment Merchants Association v. Schwarzenegger.
The program, "The limits of violent video gaming" features Grand Theft Auto co-author Cheryl Olson (who is also the co-founder and director of the Center for Mental Health and Media at Massachusetts General Hospital) and Brad Bushman, Professor of communication studies and psychology at the University of Michigan - who is working on a study funded for the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development on the impact of violent video games on child behavior.
