Just when you thought it was safe to trust the ratings on your games, Kara Petrich, mother of 9-year-old Paisley thought she was buying her daughter an 'E' for Everyone rated game. Instead she discovered that the game her daughter was playing was incorrectly labeled and should have been rated 'T' for Teen.

After her daughter kept complaining about certain aspects of the game and repeating some of the things she saw on screen, Kara became concerned and checked it out. The game was purchased at a Big Lots store in Tecoma but the mom says that the store is not to blame for the mixup. The game catridge was incorrectly mislabeled and Paisley's mom is waiting to hear a response from Ubisoft about why the mixup occurred.

[INDENT]"It does make me angry," Kara said. "When I'm ready to tell her, I'll talk to her about it. Most important, I want parents to know that you can't just hand kids a game and then send them off," she said.
