Now we get word of a vintner in California that is building his company and wine list on a videogame theme.[/B]
Mike James has always been a gamer, but he was recently introduced to fine wine. He decided to join the two in an endeavor called 8-Bit Vintners. His first wine is called Player 1 and sells for $18 a bottle on [URL=http://www.8bitwine.com]the company's website[/URL].
According to [URL=http://www.gamepro.com/article/features/213616/drink-wine-play-games/]an article in GamePro[/URL], James syas he came upon the idea while having a galss of wine at a fancy restaurant, celebrating his graduation from college:
[INDENT]"It was here that the idea of bringing together the two loves of my life was born," he explained. "That night opened my mind to the great taste of wine, and how it can evoke certain emotions and trigger wonderful memories.
