I'm a registered alien (permanent resident) of the US, I am also a Canadian citizen (by birth). I live in California, but I am attempting to move back to Canada with my American wife because California's economy sucks big time (and the second I cross the border I will have full healthcare again). We'll probably come back to the US at some point though.

I am not a fan of DRM, but I realise that we are going to probably have to find some common ground with game developers. However, I do not like activation limits at all. As a game collector (small time) I still play old DOS games that I can get running on my system, I fully believe that in 15 years time I'll be loading up some of todays games. Activation limits will most likely stop me from doing that. I realise that EA and a few other game companies are against second hand sales, and equate it with piracy, and this is where the activation limits come in. Also having to register the game to a specific account, without being able to take the game off the account is wrong too. In no other industry is an industry attempting to block second hand sales. Its idiotic and it needs to be nipped in the bud before it gets too big to stop.

Jobs I have had are: Cook (for eight years), flooring installer (one summer), EA QA tester (2 years), assist manager in a video game store (2 years), finish carpenter (3 years). My wife is upset because she married a computer geek and ended up with a tool freak. But at least stuff gets fixed around the house. :D
