I purchased a Tritton AXPro headset not even 4 months ago from newegg.com, and found that I love this headset since I can use it with any gaming platform. But recently have come to a problem that is erking me. I have done everything possible to reach Tritton, I have left tickets, emails, and etc. asking about a problem that needs to be fixed with the headset, since it's still under warranty, and I contacted them on July 9, 2009. Since then I have left several updates, and have inspected the headset, and wires but have found nothing which could only conclude that it's an internal issue with the headset, which btw the sound started to fade from one ear, then both. Now again this headset is only 4 months old, and it's been 20 days and I have heared nothing back from there company. So my question is to everyone, what would you do in my situation, because personally I'm becoming angry that I spent over $200 on a headset that is great, if it worked, and that the company hasn't sent even an automated response saying how long it may take to address my situation.
