This came to me last night and would not allow me to sleep if I did not write it out.

What is god?

Some people want an absolute, petty and divisive god fabricated in the human form to worship mindlessly.

Because if its absolute in the form of man then it cannot be questioned, if its petty that means threw its hierarchy it has absolute control threw its divisiveness it can be petty in choosing its members.

They don’t want a infinite caring and forgiving god who’s form is not as well defined.

Because if its infinite and formless its everywhere making all religions siblings under creation not deviants in need of salvation, if its caring it means that it only wants you to live ,grow and mature, if its forgiving it does not care about your transgressions as much as you or others do.

I am starting to think…those that want an absolute violent god are little more than clothed and prudish pagans seeking glory in absurd mental harshness drinking not of whine but of pride and partaking not of the flesh but of ego. I mean how large these small petty creatures must feel by taking part in such distraction that palces them above others even if just by a hair width…….
It really dose lead one to ponder psychologies beginnings, is religion not a way to explain people’s fears and emotions a way to placate them and control the masses….

It’s not the soul and the mind can be mutually exclusive… and sure it’s become irreligious but like science in general god can be seen everywhere in you have faith in things beyond the world that surrounds you its as much in the light or the good and in the dark or the questionably good, and yes I believe god is more infinite than absolute something a tab more tangible than everything that ever was or will be. Abstract or vaguely categorized or not god is still want you make it and its still out there waiting for us to get a clue.
