Anyone know when the bill will be considered again? I need to know ahead of time so I can get out there for the committee hearing. It's new date isn't on the Senate's website. Also with regards to past precedent is the Utah bill the only other bill that attempts to sandwich the ratings into unfair advertising? I know a lot about the psychological side of this debate but a great deal less about the legal debate. This bill though runs afoul of the fact it gives a nongovernmental rating the force of law and the fact that retailers could get around it by dropping age recommendations.
