I should have asked this two years ago, but could someone please turn off "prevent shouting"? It's an annoying feature vBulletin has enabled by default that turns posts in all caps to lower case. This is really irritating sometimes, especially when you are making short posts responding to someone else.

It can be turned off in vBulletin Options, under Message Posting and Editing Interface.

While you are there, can you also change the quick reply setting to "yes, click not required"? we do not make use of threaded view mode, so requiring a click to use quick reply is somewhat unnecessary.
