I'm a law student right now and I'm currently planning to practice in the game industry on behalf of developers. (Unfortunately few developers retain their own in-house counsel, but we'll see how that goes). Anyway, I'm curious about some of the issues developers face. I've heard all about devs being strong-armed in contract negotiations and such. What else? Do you find that censorship laws have a chilling effect on your artistic vision?
