Couldn't find the article, but it was in my paper. She's the first openly gay woman to host a prime time news talk show, and her second week she beat Bill O'Rielly, Kieth Olbermann, Larry King et al coming in second only to Hannity & Colmes. She's very articulate, apparently intelligent and has a format which is alien to most. She has guests on one at a time, never yells at them and constantly has Pat Buchanon on. I linked to that article because Wiki and her radio page have HORRIBLE photos that make her look insanely unattractive.

Personally, I don't find her that attractive but my wife thinks she is.

Either way, pretty amazing any newcomer could kick Bill O AND Kieth's ass.
